OTHER INTERESTS
Triathelete (now retired).
Passionate about Pilates. In 2007 I took a demanding year-long physiotherapist instructor’s course in rehabilitative Pilates. Besides being of personal interest and benefit, I have found that the material I learned has helped me with my diagnosis and treatment of cases of head and neck myofascial pain that present in the dental clinic.
Travelling and Trekking .  I have camped and trekked through the Lakes District of Cumbria with my daughters, and with my husband I have walked through the Mt Snowden area of North Wales, the Overland Track in Tasmania, the Routeborne Track in New Zealand , sections of the Bunyip Chasm Track in the Northern Flinders Ranges and sections of the Bibbulmun Track in Western Australia.
